01 — ABOUT

End-to-end ownership, shipped in small iterations – always with the goal in sight.

I like owning a product from the first idea to production: system design, implementation in TypeScript (NestJS, React), infrastructure as code on AWS with Terraform, and the reporting that shows whether it works.

I build software with a focus on business processes – across very different domains, from ad tech and warehouse management software to practice management software. That includes software that meets German regulatory requirements for medical software and handles sensitive health data in line with GDPR.

On top of that: IoT for heat pumps – running on secure infrastructure hosted in Germany (Hetzner), as a modern smart home requires.

Background: Currently Senior Full Stack Engineer at Palabra Praxisgruppe. Previously IT consultant at Netlight (ImmoScout24, kfzteile24), several years as a freelance full-stack engineer, and ad-tech development at YOC. Thanks to my degree in business informatics, I think technology and business together: strong product thinking and an eye for the commercial value of every solution.
